Loïc Kessous is a musician, teacher, scientist, and designer of computer software.
He has conducted scientific research in computer music, science and technology of music, sound interaction design, analysis, synthesis and perception of sounds, signal processing and automatic classification of emotions and expressions in the voice, gestures and facial expressions.
He worked in several institutions and laboratories in France and abroad (CNRS, Universities) and participated in several national and international scientific projects (National Agency for Research, European Science Foundation, European Network of Excellence).
